The 2024-2025 PTSA Summer Scholarship application will open in the Spring.

The Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (BTWHSPVA) PTSA Summer Scholarship Program offers up to $500 to help cover tuition fees for students attending an academic, performing, or visual arts summer enrichment program. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are depleted.

Congratulations to the 2023-2024 PTSA Summer Scholarship recipients! This past summer, the PTSA awarded $29,000 in scholarships to fifty-eight students who traveled nationwide and overseas to continue their enrichment studies. Funds for the summer scholarship were raised throughout the school year with ticket sales for the All-School Productions, merchandise sales, and the North Texas Giving Day Program.
