Student Organization Support
Does your student organization need funding? The PTSA is proud to support student organizations at BTWHSVPA! The PTSA's Student Program Activity Funds provide up to $500 to official BTWHSPVA student organizations to fund specific needs supporting program goals, activities, events, and celebrations.
Applications are now open! The application deadline is the 30th of each month. Applications received by the 30th of each month will be considered for an upcoming month's award selection. The PTSA reserves all discretion and authority to grant, deny, or revoke funding at any time. Click here to submit your application.
Requirements
- All student organizations must be officially recognized by the BTWHSPVA administrators as a student organization on campus with a faculty sponsor, student leadership, and student members for that school year.
- If funding is needed for any event, the faculty sponsor of the student organization must seek approval from the BTWHSPVA administration before applying.
- Read the PTSA's Standing Rules for further eligibility requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many times can student organizations apply and receive funding?
Student organizations can only apply once per year to receive a maximum amount of $500.
How quickly will my application be reviewed?
The PTSA will review applications within 45 days of submission. A notification email with the decision of your application will be sent within 45 days.
How do we receive the funds?
All student organizations must include an invoice or payment link(s) when submitting their application for the PTSA to process payments.
Please note: Reimbursements are only available upon pre-approval from the PTSA. Upon approval, the PTSA will provide a sales tax exempt form for the applicant to use when purchasing items since the PTSA does not reimburse sales tax. Receipts must be provided to receive reimbursement.
