Governance
The Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) is a Local PTA established on December 7, 1976. The PTSA is organized under the authority of Texas Congress of Parents and Teachers (Texas PTA), a branch of National Congress of Parents and Teachers (National PTA).
The bylaws outline the basic purpose and structure of the association.
