The BTW Parent Teacher Student Association - the PTSA - is a grassroots organization made up of hard-working parents, students, teachers and community members who pool their talents to provide practical support for our school. We provide a wide variety of resources and programs to the school, students, teachers and the school community.
The PTSA is focused on making every child's potential a reality by strengthening education and taking a comprehensive approach to community success. And we know there is no commYOUnity without YOU – our members, our business leaders, our decision-makers.
Take a look around our website and reach out to any PTSA board members or committee chairs or leave a question or comment.

Congratulations YoungArts Winners
Have you heard? The YoungArts program announced the winners for 2024! Thousands of performing, visual, and literary artists aged 15-18 apply to the national competition each year. SIX Booker T. students won this year, and two students received 'Winner with Distinction!' Award winners at all levels receive mentorship and financial awards, access a lifetime of creative, professional development, and funding opportunities, and become part of an uplifting, inter-generational community that helps artists connect, create, and collaborate. Congratulations, Pegasi! Best wishes to Music + Theatre Conservatory Senior student Alexis Muturi, nominated for U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts!
Congratulations to the faculty, parents, and all who support their artistic journey. Read more about the program to see how you can participate next year, and check out the list of winners at youngarts.org.
