Eligibility 

Applicant must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  1. Must be currently enrolled as a 9-12 grade student of BTWHSPVA.
  2. Must have a PTSA Membership. The student applicant or one adult member of their household must be members of the BTWHSPVA PTSA to participate. If you're not sure if you're a member of the PTSA send an email to the 4th VP/Membership, Chevondolyn Williams, or click here to join.
  3. Must submit a complete entry form by using the following online application.
