School of Excellence Survey / Encuesta de Escuelas de Excelencia

This anonymous survey is provided by the Texas PTA as a first step in its School of Excellence program. Your responses will help us identify and implement best practices in family engagement and build an inclusive and welcoming school community.

 

The survey is completely anonymous, but if you have a question or comment and would like a reply, please include your name and email with your question at the bottom of the survey.  

 

The survey closes November 15. Thank you for your time and input.

Create an Inclusive Environment: Do the school’s and PTA’s efforts encourage engagement with and among the diversity of families in the community?
