Using Membership Toolkit

Membership Toolkit is the resource the PTSA uses to manage its membership. Before joining the PTSA we recommend creating a free account with MTK so you can manage your information through the website and the app (Apple App Store or the Google Play Store).

If you have already created a Membership Toolkit account with another school, organization or your guild, you can use the same log in here. Once registered, you can:

• Join the PTSA (and pay dues) online

• Sign up to receive important communications

• Complete your directory information

• Purchase school supplies

• Volunteer

• Donate

• Purchase spirit wear

• Access the online directory and app (for PTA members only)

We hope you'll register with Membership Toolkit (Apple App Store or the Google Play Store) and join the PTSA today to take advantage of all we offer. 

Using the Website

Once you have your Membership Toolkit account, you can log into the PTSA website in the top nav of any page. While you can find information about the PTSA, our programs and resources, merchandise, and events on the website or app, we recommend you frequent the My PTSA tab where your PTSA account information is consolidated. This dashboard will give you quick access to your membership info, directory preferences, and helpful links to shop, donate, sponsor or pay student fees. This dashboard will also display any open surveys or forms.

Once you have logged in, you can toggle between your MTK accounts by clicking your name at the top of the page, and then clicking the 'change organization' tab. You will be able to move between organizations without logging in and out.

Using the App
You can also access the website information and your personal dashboard through the app. If you have more than one Membership Toolkit account you can toggle between them using the arrows icon at the top of the app. You can also activate notifications if you want to receive PTSA messages through the app.
