Booker T. Washington PTSA - Honorary Life Member Award Nominations

The Texas PTA Honorary Life Membership Award is a prestigious recognition that celebrates faculty, staff and volunteers who passionately advocate for children’s education, health, and well-being. Awarding someone with this honor is one of the highest ways to express your gratitude for their unwavering commitment to our students and the community.

Nominations are open until April 12. For multiple nominations, complete a separate form for each nominee. All fields are required.

The PTSA's Membership Committee will review all submissions, and awards will be distributed at the final PTSA meeting of the 2024-25 school year on May 6.
