2026 PTSA Summer Scholarship Exit Survey & Testimonial

PTSA Summer Scholarship recipients are required to complete an exit survey and provide a testimonial of their program experience. Recipients can write a short essay (see these previous testimonials) or submit a short video. We encourage students to provide photos of their work if applicable. All recipients applying for the following summer scholarship program must submit an exit survey by August 31, 2026. This will affect future scholarship eligibility.

The PTSA uses student testimonials to promote the program and verify eligibility for future applicants. Although a testimonial is required, you can request your testimonial be anonymous.
