Booker T. Washington PTSA - Reflections Entry Form

Reflections is a National PTA program that enables students to find a creative outlet in dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts. The theme of 2025-26 program is "I Belong."

Application Eligibility

Applicant must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Must be currently enrolled as a 9-12 grade student of BTWHSPVA.
Must have a PTSA Membership. The student applicant or one adult member of their household must be members of the BTWHSPVA PTSA to participate. If you're not sure if you're a member of the PTSA send an email to the 4th VP/Membership, Chevondolyn Williams, or click here to join.
Must follow the Reflections program rules (below) to ensure your entry meets the requirements for each art category.
Must submit a complete entry form by using the following online application.

*Deadline to submit an application will be in November. We will post the exact date once it's available.
