The PTSA is excited to help host the annual BTWHSPVA seniors vs. faculty volleyball game at the Y on Tuesday, May 13, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

A few things to know:

• Check-In: Please bring your BTWHSPVA ID to check-in on the second floor. Only faculty and senior students are invited to attend. for everyone to enjoy, expecting about 150 senior students and faculty.
• Waiver: All faculty and students participating or attending the game must sign a waiver. Parents need to sign for students who are under 18. 
• Parking: The Y is located 0.6 miles from the school, which is approximately a 13-minute walk. Parking at the school is recommended. Limited parking is available at the"Y" for a discounted rate of $2.35. To receive this discount, please scan the QR code at the front desk on the second floor.
• Seating: There are two bleachers available for seating, but don’t worry if you can’t find a seat—there's plenty of standing room for everyone! Get loud and cheer for your favorite team!
• Snacks: The YMCA will provide pre-packaged snacks for free.

Senior Check-In Days - May 12-15, 2025

Students must attend school from 10 am - 12 pm each day. Attendance will be taken.

• May 12 Yearbook Pick-up and signing, Green Room
• May 13 Cap and Gown Photos, MAT lobby, school provides gowns, etc.

Senior Check-Out Day - May 16, 2025

Senior Conservatory Dinners - May 19-22, 2025

Each conservatory invites seniors and their family to a special catered dinner on campus to honor and celebrate their accomplishments. Please RSVP on the link below.

Senior Party - May 21, 2025

Students enjoy the CO25 Senior Party on Wednesday, May 21 from 1-3 pm at Altitude Trampoline Park located at 110 W. Campbell Rd. Richardson,TX. Entry fee, pizza and sweets provided by the PTSA!

Baccalaureate - May 24, 2025

The annual Baccalaureate Ceremony celebrating our graduating seniors will take place at FUMC Dallas on Saturday, May 24 from 11 am - 12 pm. A special guest speaker who is a proud alum of BTWHSPVA will give the keynote address. Families are welcome! No tickets required. Seating is open.

• Seniors wear their cap and gown and must line up at 10 am.
• A small reception will follow in the atrium with photo opportunities.
• Location: First United Methodist Church 1928 Ross Ave. Dallas
• Parking is in the Bryan Tower Garage.

Graduation - May 25, 2025 at 5 pm

Location: The Meyerson Symphony Center, 2301 Flora St. Dallas, TX 75201

Schedule for Seniors:

• 9 am Load in for Musicians
• 10:30 am - Student Arrival
• 11 am - 1 pm - All Senior Rehearsal (must wear graduation shoes)
• 1 pm - 3 pm - Performer Tech Rehearsal
• 4 pm - Call time for ALL SENIORS
• 5 pm - Graduation Ceremony

Additional Graduation Information:

• Attire - No mandatory attire is required. Students typically wear what parents desire for photos with family. 
• Cords - Only honor cords received from BTWHSPVA may be worn. No medals or other items.
• Cap + Gowns - Order through Jostens. Remember to hang up your cap and gown a few days prior to graduation to get the wrinkles out. Graduation caps are not allowed to be decorated.
• Tickets - Each senior will receive 6-7 tickets. A link to request 1 additional ticket will be available May 1. Tickets are for general seating.
• Livestream - Graduation will be streamed live and recorded through DISD. A link will be provided.
• Audience etiquette: Please be respectful when student names are called so everyone can hear. No bull horns.

There's only a handful of activities that volunteers are needed for the remaining of the year. Please lend a helping hand during Senior Send off week.

FINAL TESTING DATES

• AP Testing is May 5-16 - Morning exams begin at 9:10 am; check-in at 8:30 am. Once AP testing is complete turn in laptop to library.
