Welcome to BTWHSPVA!

We hope you enjoyed the family orientation event, I Am Booker T Day, held at the school last Saturday. We are thrilled to have met so many new families and are excited to connect with you! Our PTSA plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships between parents, students, and teachers. We invite you to become a member today. By joining, you can access our Membership Toolkit for the rest of this year and the 2024-25 school year. This toolkit is packed with resources to help you stay connected with the community and to support your child's education.

All parents and guardians are also welcome to join us for the final PTSA meeting of this school year, which will be held on Tuesday, May 14, at 6 p.m. in The Commons (school cafeteria). We'll share exciting announcements for the next school year and tips on how parents and students can prepare over the summer. If you didn't get your student's free t-shirt last Saturday, you can pick it up at the meeting. See the article below to fill out the t-shirt form. We hope to see you at the meeting!

What's the Pegasus Promise?

The Pegasus Promise is a commitment made by families to volunteer for at least four hours to contribute to the success of the upcoming school year. There are many ways to support the BTW community, such as chairing a committee, selling concessions or merchandise, helping with Feed the Kids and teachers, volunteering at events, and more. No prior experience is required to volunteer. All you need is the desire to support our students, faculty and parents.

Thank you to the following families who have recently made the pledge: Moreno, Guild, Provenzale, Fudge, Gonzalez, Armour, and Rubio.

PTSA is the EXECUTIVE PRODUCER of the LEGENDARY SCHOOL WIDE PRODUCTIONS!

As the Executive Producer of all-school productions, the PTSA is dedicated to supporting cross-conservatory collaboration and raising funds for production expenses. And the best part? Our shows feature incredible performances and artwork from students across all the conservatories.

The generous support from sustaining sponsors directly contribute to the success. And as a thank you, we offer amazing perks! Click here to review the new opportunities to become a sponsor for the next school year and make your contribution today!
