Welcome back to normal times, Class of 2029 Families!

Please help me in thanking Rio and Javier Lasa (Rio '29, Music) and McCoy Realty (The McCoy Family - Lexi '29, Music)! They are the first two of three families to join the new Friends of the Class of 2029 group ("FOCO29")! This inaugural group was created to lay the foundation of support towards the fundraising goals of the Class of 2029 Committee. We would like 8 families to join FOCO29 each year, making a $1,000 contribution. Please consider joining and helping us reach our goal for this year! On the event front: please join me and others at the Class of 2029 Spirit Night tonight from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. These last two CO29 Spirit Nights have been great opportunities to meet other parents. Hearing everyone's "origin story" has been a real treat. I hope to see you tomorrow!

Please mark your calendar for a special CO29 event we're calling "Freshman Flight Night" on February 26. This event is hosted by Goodfriend Beer Garden & Burger House. Portions of sales will be donated to the CO29 fund. No need to RSVP, but plan to come for happy hour, meet the fam and others there for dinner, and hang! Please see below for more information, and we look forward to seeing you there!

This is our second official gathering as a class.
It’s casual, low-pressure, and a great chance to meet other parents.

Come when you can
Grab a drink or an appetizer
Meet other Class of 2029 families
Then, those who want can walk together to the 6 p.m. PTSA meeting afterward

No RSVPs — just show up. We’ll have a reserved space.

New opportunity: Friends of the Class of 2029 ($1,000 sponsorship):

For families or businesses who prefer one meaningful contribution instead of multiple smaller asks throughout the year, we’re introducing Friends of the Class of 2029.

How it works:

$500 is applied toward hosting a tab at a Class of 2029 Spirit Night (so families can simply show up)
$500 goes directly toward the Class of 2029 fundraising goal
Your company or family name will be listed and linked in each Class of 2029 email for the rest of the school year

This enables us to build community and make substantial progress toward our annual target. Gifts can be made at this link. These gifts are tax-deductible, and I'm happy to provide the EIN and any other helpful information you may need. Please feel free to email me or text me with any questions.
