Hello Class of 2027,
Thank you to everyone who joined our Festival Production Meeting via Zoom this past Monday! Your time, ideas, and energy are truly appreciated as we prepare for what promises to be an unforgettable evening.
For those who couldn’t attend, we had planned to share a transcription summary of the meeting. Unfortunately, the recording was corrupted and couldn’t be converted. That said, all key details—including the event itinerary and volunteer assignments—are available for review. Please take a moment to look them over and reach out if you have any questions, concerns, or need clarification on your role.
If you haven’t signed up to volunteer yet, now’s the time! We need all hands on deck to make this event a success. Whether it’s helping with setup, managing stations, or assisting guests, every contribution counts.
A couple important reminders:
Pumpkin Decorating Contest: We need more entries! Encourage your students and their classmates to participate—this is a fun and festive way to showcase creativity and school spirit—and there are PRIZES!
Parking RSVP: The J Lot will fill up quickly, so please RSVP as soon as possible and arrive early to secure your spot.
We’re gearing up for an incredible celebration featuring:
- A silent auction
- Decorated pumpkin contest
- Face painting
- Coloring station
- Paper flowers
- Creative works from every conservatory
- Food trucks, taco stand, elotes, aguas frescas, candy stand, and desserts
- PTSA merchandise
- Much more!
This is sure to be a joyful evening of community, culture, and connection. So let’s make this night one to remember! See you there on Friday!
Thank you again for your support, enthusiasm, and commitment to making this event extraordinary!
Warmly,
Adam
